You can view your current balance, review billing activity, and download invoice records from the Account Dashboard in the net2phone Canada Billing Portal.
Download your Call Data Records (CDRs) from the Billing Portal
Call Data Records (CDRs) are available from the Transaction Details page for each invoice.
For historical invoices, retroactive up to 6 months, Office Managers can download billed export CDRs from Manage Organization > Call History.
Contact the net2phone Canada Billing Team if you need help accessing billing records.
Find your current balance
Your current balance is displayed at the top of the Account Dashboard when you log in to the Billing Portal.
- Open the net2phone Canada Billing Portal.
- Log in using your Billing Portal username and password.
- View your Current Balance at the top of the Account Dashboard.

If you click the Make a Payment button within the Current Balance tile, your outstanding balance will automatically populate on the payment page.
Current balance may differ from transaction history
Credits applied to future invoices are included in your Current Balance, but may not appear in the Transaction History table until the invoice is finalized and posted to your account.
View your transaction history
The Transaction History table at the bottom of the Account Dashboard displays invoices, payments, credits, and refunds.
- View up to 24 months of transaction history.
- Filter by date or transaction type.
- Click a Transaction ID to open transaction details.
- Click the $ icon in the Download column to download a PDF invoice.

Transaction History table columns
The Transaction History table has eight columns, left to right.
- Transaction ID – Click the transaction ID number to open the Transaction Details page. You can download CDR spreadsheets from the Transaction Details page.
- Transaction Type – Displays the billing record type: Invoice, Payment, Credit, or Refund.

Transaction Date – Displays the recorded date of the transaction.

Description – Provides details for the transaction, such as Invoice, Refund ID, Credit ID, and Payment Type. Payment types include:
- Credit Card
- Bank Upload (including payment by cheque)
- Historical Credit Card (payments before July 1st, 2025)
- Credit – Displays payments received and cleared.
- Debit – Displays invoice charges and refunds issued to the account.
- Balance – Refer to the summary tiles at the top of the page for your most current balance. The Transaction History balance may not reflect credits applied to future invoices.
- Download – Provides invoice PDF downloads.
If the table contains more entries than the current view allows, use the page controls at the bottom to display 10, 50, or 100 rows.
Open transaction details
Select a Transaction ID from the Transaction History table to open the Transaction Details page for an invoice, payment, credit, or refund.

Download invoice PDFs and export CDR spreadsheets
Invoice PDFs can be downloaded from the Transaction History table, and Call Data Records (CDRs) can be exported from the Transaction Details page.
Data availability
CDRs are available for up to 6 months, and invoice PDFs are available for up to 24 months. Contact net2phone Canada if you need older records.

Download invoice PDFs
Follow these steps to download a PDF copy of an invoice.
- Scroll to the Transaction History table on the Account Dashboard.
- Find the invoice you want to download.
- Click the dollar sign icon in the Download column.
- Open the PDF from your browser downloads.

Export CDR spreadsheets
Follow these steps to export a Call Data Record (CDR) file.
- In the Transaction History table, click the Transaction ID Number for the appropriate invoice.
- Click the Export drop-down menu from the Transaction Details page.
- Choose a CDR file format (CSV, XLS, or PDF).
