In the Sync mobile app, you can listen to voicemail messages, call the sender back, view voicemail transcripts when available, download or share voicemail recordings, and access additional voicemail options.
Requirements and notes
- You must be signed in to the Sync mobile app.
- Voicemail must be enabled for your user profile.
- Voicemail transcripts only appear when transcription is available for the message.
- Download and sharing options may vary depending on your mobile device and enabled permissions.
Access your voicemails on the mobile app
Follow these steps to access your voicemail inbox in the Sync mobile app.
- Open the Sync mobile app.
- Tap the Calls tab.
- Tap the Voicemails tab to view your voicemail messages.
- Tap a voicemail message to reveal the Play/Pause controls and listen to the message.
- Tap Call back to return the call to the sender.
- Tap Share/Download to save or share the voicemail recording, if available.
- Tap the more options menu to view additional voicemail options, such as copying the transcript or deleting the voicemail.
