Star codes let you complete common calling actions directly from a Sync desk phone or supported calling device. Use the codes below to access voicemail, manage queue or ring group availability, and control outbound caller ID.

Star code availability can depend on your assigned licenses, permissions, call routing configuration, and device type. Some codes may only apply if your organization uses the related feature.
Voicemail star codes
Use voicemail star codes to reach your own voicemail message center or transfer a caller directly to voicemail.
